Since the owner wants to go back and forth (and mention my name in responses to others reviews) here's the whole story about how unprofessional they are. For starters, it was 1pm on a Friday and the salon was COMPLETELY EMPTY upon arrival. The owner who did my nails once before (and was tipped very well) wasn't at her desk.
