Terrible Customer Service. Went in for a SNS soak off and cut down. The lady was rude and made faces when I asked for a soak off and cut down. Nail technician's improper technique and harsh removal processes was damaging to my natural nails. Excessive drilling, instead of letting the soak off process finish. No regard for my natural nail health.
I got my nails done around 11am Friday morning. Went home and my left index finger nail just fell off within 3 hours. Later around 11pm, my right index finger nail fell off. I got gel x nails with cat eye and I was charged 100$ for it, feel like a I got scammed with the price because they upcharged for sure and it cost me a total of 100$ + tip for just a gel manicure and cat eye gel x nails which were totally NOT WORTH IT because the nails are falling off in less than 24 hrs. Very nice salon and Daisy did a Great job on my nails. THANK YOU DAISY!
They always give me the run around now when I go I went yesterday and they said it would be a hour and a half went back and they said they were closing due to the holiday just be honest when talking to the customer
