Horrible experience. Went for a pedicure before noon and there was no other customer waiting there. This lady RUSHED and cut my nails so short and my skin so bad it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I even told her to slow down and that I was not in a rush.. After this pathetic pedicure they had the nerve to charge me full price!! After I told him it was the worst pedicure I had ever gotten. After 3 or 4 nails salon experiences one week after the other, i finally landed on this gem of a nails salon. I have been going every or 2 since then, Recommended by a friend and I am so thankful for that ! They are time efficient and friendly, and do a great job. Kevin and Henry are of my favorites, I would recommend calling and making an appointment, even if it's just the morning of. Highly recommend.
There are so many other better places in the area. The older woman has done my pedicures twice and been rude and rushed through the appointment both times. I won't be back again. She acts like she's doing you a favor for a paid service. They're probably only in business because of the central location. Save yourself the disappointment I've experienced twice and go somewhere else. This place is not worth it.
This place is hit or miss, and today was definitely a miss. I was a walk-in but I came early when they opened. I had Marlene, I’ve had her before, but today she just did an awful job, my nails are all different lengths and shaped differently some are kind of square some are I guess rounded. She was too busy worried about her friend who walked in a few minutes after me. She was barely paying attention and rushed the entire nail process. The other nail techs aren’t bad, if you do go to this place have anyone else but her.
