They are always in rush because of over booking. One or two of the employees do a better job compared to others but over all don't waist your time and MONEY. They are not cheap. Im not going there anymore. I gave them so many chances, last time my nail base bleed so badly, my daughter's toe nail infected after pedicure. picture which I posted its after I complained 3 times.
I was very pleased with everything. Very nice, clean and thorough.

I got a pedicure-it was fine, no complaints with how that went. I asked for regular, got gel, I didn’t notice fast enough so just rolled with it. Then they charge you an extra $5 for the nail file because they can’t reuse them. Of course you can’t, that’s part of the business and should be in the price already. Will not go back.
I have no complaints with how the pedicure went. What went wrong was that I had picked a color, stated that i wanted regular nail polish, and that was that. She went to get the nail polish and showed me (it was close to the color so I said yes) she then gets the UV light out. Apparently it was gel, so that's already an additional $10. Plus it is an additional $5 for the things to take home (nail file, buffer, etc.). So the entire thing went from an expected $35 to $50 total.
