I called 2 days ago,was told for generic acrylic nails the price would be $50.00, my daughter went in & actually picked a pair they have on thier websight& came out devistated,saying its the worst acrylic nail job she ever had AND ,they charged $70, not $50 as origionally told. Had to go into Fred Myer to purchase nail polish so she could go home & fix them....im sad....

My wife went to this location today with a picture of what she wanted. The tech said no problem and sat her down. He began working and cut her nails shorter than she asked which upset her but what can you do at that point, when he started painting. She told him it’s the wrong color he stated it will look like the picture when he’s done. She continued with the nail service nearing completion she could see it was not looking like what she had asked for and told the tech again it’s not what she wanted.
