Returning customer, the day before Valentine's Day: I had an appointment with Samantha for a manicure but upon arrival was informed by a nail tech named Andy that she was on vacation. He then offered to do my manicure and insisted everything would be fine. I was nervous, and he laughed and said don't worry. Had an appointment that was scheduled with a friend, but they refused to let us sit together. William did my nails. Didn’t even cover the whole nail—it already looks like it’s grown out a few weeks! He also burnt my finger with the nail file. I have another appointment scheduled somewhere just to get these redone. Not great at all.
I liked going there until the last few times, not very nice people there. I won't be going back!
