I love this salon! I work with Enya and always get cat-eye gel polish. Enya’s work is incredible, she does some of the best nail prep I have ever had. My nails can easily last 4+ weeks with absolutely no lifting or peeling (and I am Very hard on my nails!) They would last even longer if I didn’t hate seeing outgrowth so much They just got new chrome cat eye polishes and they are beautiful! Pictures do not do them justice, they are even prettier in person. I absolutely recommend this salon to everyone!
Inconsistent customer service! I called ten times and left a voicemail for a returned call to reschedule my appointment due to a medical emergency and this salon refused to return phone calls and schedule a timely appointment for my nail repair. After having two experiences with my nails falling off, Tony only offered $10 off when I paid $125 for my nail service. When I make appointments online, the staff doesn’t honor my appointments. Amy is awesome. They have an entire menu of “options”yet don’t want to accept that I 1) don’t want gel polish 2) don’t want acrylic 3) I want the basic pedicure. Three times at my last visit they tried to upsell me. Ironically this hadn’t posted from last time but happened again today. If I walk in and say, I want a basic pedicure and manicure, do not come with two more people to upsell me. I know what I want.
