Very poor service. You walk in the door and you’re met with silence from Tina, the owner. She’ll nod her head over for you to sit and won’t even greet you as you sit in the chair to begin your appointment. She’ll just start working on your hands without saying a single word so it makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed by her rude behaviour. I asked for almond shaped nails what they gave me was basically a circle. I also have really short nails and a really weak nail bed so they don’t need to be filed a lot however she Filed them down so much before putting the gel x on them to the point it hurt. After my nails were done I asked her if we could change the shape and make it better to which she said no because the top coat was already on.
