I had a very bad experience the last time I went. I went for my birthday with a a friend and we bought reservations for a pedicure. Even though we had reservations they started us late and we didn't even go at the same time. They let a walk in go before my friend got to go. They were rushing so much and my friend diddnt even get to have done everything that was supposed to come with the pedicure.
