From the moment I walked in, the salon was absolutely spotless meticulously clean with beautiful décor. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch. The technician Thai was professional, attentive, and did exactly what I asked for. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and experience. I also appreciated being reminded to rebook my next appointment before leaving. Overall, a great experience I’ll definitely be back.
Not once in my life has a fill taken 2 hours, not only was I there for two hours, but the finished results were not nice. My nails were sideways and I had bubbles all under my polish and lint.
Very happy with my nails. My tech clearly has a passion for attention to detail, took his time, and they are exactly as I’d hoped. Will be back for sure!
I am giving this a 2 star only because the pedicure came out nicely. However, they charged me an extra $5 just because the shellac I had on my toes, wasn't done there. So basically a fee for having my toes done somewhere else the time before? I have never had this charge before. They also took so much off the bottom of my feet it hurt to walk for a whole day after.
