In response to Inga’s review…As someone who was actually in the salon and witnessed this interaction, I feel compelled to comment because this review does not accurately reflect what I saw. I was there and heard the conversation between the customer and the technician. From what I witnessed, the technician was not “lying” to her, nor did I see anyone intentionally doing anything to damage her nails. I went in for a gel mani/ basic pedi. When we sat at table I asked if he was going to remove old polish by soaking nails. He said yes and then proceeded to paint my nail with some kind of gel stripper after he lightly sanded them. I was furious because I asked him before we started. I told the owner I wanted this off my nails so I could leave. She acted like she was shocked but she watched the verbal exchange between us when we started.
