I just got my nails done last week and one of them already fell off. I went back hoping they would simply fix that one nail, but they refused and insisted that I pay for an entirely new full set. Very disappointing customer service and no effort to stand behind their work. A nail should not be falling off after only a week, and fixing a single nail should not require purchasing a whole new set. I would not recommend this salon. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

Had a great experience at this nail spa! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted. They paid close attention to detail and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. The service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Awesome staffs! This is my go-to nail salon. They take their time to make sure you'll like how your nails will turn out. I have been helped by Steven and Mai and both were great. UPDATE: May 2026 This used to be my go-to nail salon before the previous management changed, but after my experience this past Saturday, I definitely won’t be coming back. I called ahead to ask if they accepted walk-ins and was told yes. I said I’d be there in 10 minutes, and when my sister and I arrived, we were barely acknowledged. The man at the ... read more

This was my first time visiting this store, and I absolutely loved the results. They were very detailed and patient with the service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly in the future.
