I have been a long time customer & when my usual & AMAZING nail tech was unavailable, I requested an appointment with anyone BUT one of the male nail techs (whom I shall not name, but have had multiple previous bad experiences with). Bad experience with a certain nail tech. Vi Taylor. Seems as if you want to take a financial break for a while, she gets a personal attitude with you on how you spend your money and refuses to take you back as a client Then wants to argue with you on how you spend your money. She is 100% drama and no wonder she’s worked at multiple shops. Wonderful! Tammy (pedicure) & Rose (gel manicure) took great care of me. This business is clean, and the staff is friendly.
Won’t be back. I booked an appt online for my daughter (5 yo) and I to get a manicure at 10 on a Sunday. They sat my daughter down and just put paint on her nails, didn’t even offer a manicure like I booked. My manicure was so rushed and my nails look awful. It definitely wouldn’t qualify for an actual manicure. All my nails have lines on them where you can see the different layers they added of polish!! Total was $42!!
