I when here on August 12 to get SNS and had to go back on August 17 to get 7 nails replaced because they came off and when I get back home another nail came off. The girl gone to tell me if they come off again I will have to pay because it's been 2 week on Monday I said what are you talking about it would be a week on Monday but they didn't last 5 days. I been getting SNS for over 2 years and never had a problem.
Got a new full acrylic set done on June 5, 2024, 10 days ago. Every one of my nails have lifted bad, and one broke in half just from hitting against my car steering wheel! I called to talk with the spa about this issue and I was told “sometimes they just don’t last” and I need to come in and pay for a fill-in. The customer service was disappointing and the quality of my nail service doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Please take your hard earned $ elsewhere that will provide better service and better nail technicians.
