I’m so dissspointed in the service i received today. I got a manicure and a pedicure and both we’re horrible. For my pedicure my toes were literally left with spots that weren’t even painted and you can even tell they weren’t painted properly just half done, half tried tbh and my nails were left so uneven not even the shape is the same. I really hope this place is shut down. I made a report to BBB BUT THEY WOULDN'T RESPOND. They all smiles & about money. Please do business elsewhere. I got terrible services!! They continued to speak their language while I was their. I don't see how this business gets business. They really are prejudice!! My paint came off in a week. I never understand why they sell gift cards that you can't use without a receipt.
Please don't waste your time or MONEY!! They try to act like they don't understand English when they fraudly sell a gift card you can't use. They are not good people. Don't let them do any work for you !!!! Go to a place who is about customers service & legit business. My paint was chipping in 2 days. I regret getting a gift card because they say you can't use it without receipt. They got me for my $45 on top of the business. Please don't use this service
Directly come from Dallas to come do my nails here, additionally the customer service they deliver is amazing. The details they remember from every customer is what makes them different.
