I went there 2 weeks ago. I called before hand to ask if they knew how to removed gel x nails, and they told me they do. When I got there I asked again and they confirmed once again. They sat me down with a young man who had to constantly ask how to do it, and he looked really confused, I asked him many times if he knew what he was doing but he said yes.
