Exceptional Building Management by Sanja I’m Richard Yang, the appointed electrician has been servicing Cassia Gardens and Suntower at 591 George St, Sydney since 2020, well closely working with Sky Management. I’m a tenant here but near future will buy in this building, building is always clean, up to date, when anything goes wrong always someone to help. I contacted Mr Deepak about an issue and he guided me step by step on to resolve the matter, even after hours. Very big thank you and very happy to be here
We've lived in the Linc apartments in Alexandria for 9 years, over which we had 4 building managers. Zoran and Sky Management are solidly the best of them. Zoran quickly gets on to issues and tries to resolve them, including many that the past building managers had left for years. He was also very helpful during a flooding incident where an upstairs apartment flooded leading to water leaking down into several other apartments - including ours.
As an owner, I would like to highly recommend Sky Management. My building was subject to a flood from a neighbor and Zoran Todorovic kept me up to date in organising repairs via strata and went out of his way to accommodate access for various tradespeople. Zoran really pushed for a timely resolution and the repairs were of a high quality due to him being present and supervising when he could. Please pass along my sincere gratitude. Zoran is best building manager I have ever met, he is professional, and very considerate of all residents, all my neighbours barged but until I didn’t have issues I have never thought that he will be so good. As an owner I have been at Linc Alexandria for 12 years and have never had the service that Sky management provides. I have done this review with pleasure. Andrew.
