Warning do not go through this company they don’t even have an actual location in Albuquerque. The address listed on Google and the bbb site are both in accurate ones a mobile home park the other is an abandoned building. I have been looking for a place and I came across one of their listings . I inquired about the place and they asked me if I wanted a viewing and I scheduled a time to go look at it. I went on that day to view this place which I liked it. I didn't realize when I inquired about the availability ( As it was still posted on the website where I had previously found the listing as available) that apparently someone else had an interest and put an application in. They sucks when it comes to maintance, no Ac for 2 weeks plus. If you live in Albuquerque you know how hot it has been.
I've been using Sky since ~2015, so roughly 9 years, as property managers for my house. A friend from work recommended them but upon reading reviews was hesitant until i noticed they replied to all their reviews and that most bad reviews were on the renter side. I've found they communicate well, their charges for maintenenace and repairs are fair. Actually, I'm a GC and would be charging more than they charge me but maybe that's a regional thing.
