I cannot thank Sky Maids enough. They helped me out numerous times during the course of my PhD, when it was very difficult to keep on top of my day-to-day chores. The ladies did an amazing job each time, turning my dingy cloister into a sparkling, palatial abode. It really helped to lift my spirits and keep me motivated to succeed to be able to come home to a clean apartment while trying to keep my head above water during my degree program. This is my first time using their service and while the overall clean was good, I was pretty disappointed with the service overall. I booked a deep clean for 8 hours (2 ladies) and then the ladies show up and told me that I booked a standard clean for 2 hours which wasn't true. Customer service then reaches out to me and said that I was right the whole time and they misread my booking but offered no compensation or ways to make amends.
