Edit** - moved to 1 star. A rental they did in mid 2023 had a leak issue that caused almost $7000 of interior damage. Ive reached out and emailed the owner 3x and he has not responded to me. I regret ever hiring this company. Every encounter with them has been issues with poor communication. Had issues with pricing that changed multiple times. Have had communication issues with their accounting department and now I am having issues paying the remaining invoice. Issues they caused and now I get emails threatening liens on the... read more
I will NOT happy with the way how they do their business. I had contacted a few roofing companies, and this company gave me the best price, so I chose them. To me, I felt like I have been deceived. They billed me $1000 for roof decking replacement, which I was not aware of after I received their invoice. I was extremely unhappy with it. They NEVER called or told me that they changed the decking of the roof. I clearly told them that if they are going to do something extra other than replacing shingles, they have to notify me.... read more
