The owner and management have worked hard to make this a decent place. It's a great little community and we all look after each other. James, the maintenance man, fixes any problem you have. He is cheerful and friendly. This is a great place to live.

Decient, new Management and hands on ownership the have made some nice upgrades to the rooms, new flooring /,paint /ammenities. security lights and broken fences repaired have stopped the unwanted traffic of derilicts. I recently rented a apt there for a year. The improvements are fantastic and were well needed.The on site maintenance man is on call and any issues were resolved in a timely Manner.
