First time I have tried this type of therapy. Nurse Larita visited our home and provided the infusion services. It was nice that I did not have to leave my home to travel to receive the therapy, and I could relax, enjoy and benefit the treatment. Nurse Larita was very professional, courteous and informative during the entire session, explaining each step of the treatment. Next day, I felt the best I have in weeks! Customer Service…… superb!!!! If only to have a conversation I would return. Lorita was friendly, respectful and honest. She spoke as though we were friends, with her having my best interest at heart. I received the T shape service on my abdomen and the service spoke for itself. I saw immediate results in my loose tummy skin. Stubborn fat was gone after my first session. This was my first IV session since I had a bad hangover from the weekend and bad nausea. I booked an appointment online Sunday morning and Lorita called me and when she saw I booked she prioritized my appointment and was able to give me IV treatment at the clinic and even gave me great recommendations based on my current needs (B12, Glutathione). Great experience From start to finish. When I called to make my first appointment she walked me through step by step. When I arrived she greeted me with so much joy. She is very knowledgeable on all her products. She was able to determine what infusion I needed due to the symptoms and medical history. I definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Lorita was very friendly. Very personable. She has great customer service. She attended to us very quickly and she has the best IV therapy combinations. On top of that, she is very knowledgeable and very experienced. I will be coming back to use her services.
