Excellent service - he came the day we called and solved the issues we had that day.
Richard called before arriving on time as scheduled. He was professional, courteous. He showed pictures of our equipment before and after his service and was able to give us a maintenance service quote on the spot. Nice job!!
Tech came out told me my reversing valve was bad and that a new unit was going to have to be installed was quoted 14k for a new system. The actual system was priced online for $6400. Called Ace to get a second opinion. My unit doesn't have a reversing valve. It has a TXV valve and that was the problem. They repaired it for $1400. Just call Ace and get it done right the first time.
Gary is by far the best technician we have ever had down at our house to service our hvac unit. He was extremely thorough with the service, and easy to talk to as well. If we had a choice in our next service tech. We would pick him every time! 12 out of 10 stars! Awesome guy!
