Sky HVAC responded quickly and professionally to our issue, and was able to resolve the problem quickly and satisfactorily. It was immediately clear that the technician was knowledgeable and well trained. Their digital scheduling system made it easy to track the appointment, and the technician communicated directly and effectively regarding arrival time, and arrived on time. Kaden and Isaac did a good job. They were very nice young men. It was very hard to get a price until after the work was done, which is on me really. I purchased the system from Skye and Dad's bought the company. I won't use Dad's again. One switch and a new wire and $89 trip charge. My cheapest option was $645.00 ( which had been done) They recommend the $1400.00 fix probably would have saved if I was a member. Paid $11,000 for the system Oct. Of 2022.
