I've been attending classes regularly since March 2017. Am in much better shape and way, way more flexible. Plus learned how to do Handstands! Super fun and welcoming group, superb private lessons, the owner is better than virtually every PT therapist at understanding your issues and giving you exercises to resolve issues you may be having!

I just moved away and it kills me because I’ve been going to this studio for 2 and a half years. My first class I took with Hillary with Erin student teaching. Hillary was so fun and high energy, my nervousness quickly floated away. Erin was super supportive of breaking things down for me and letting me know the flow of the class. They both said that in their first pole class, neither of them could get their feet off the ground and I felt a lot better at being so new and not as experienced as everyone else.
