This place means so much to me. Helped me move through though situations in my life, boost my self confidence, and improve my health. They have so many different kinds of classes to pick from. Helpful and kind staff that encourage and cheer you on! If you are looking for a studio this is the one :)
There's a wide variety of styles and skills here. You can tell all the teachers enjoy pole and teaching.
I use to take pole at Boston Pole Fitness in Allston before I had my son and moved away to the suburbs. It's been 10 years since and I'm so grateful to find another pole studio to take classes again. I just haven't been able to lose weight or flatten my gut since I got a C-section no matter what I tried. These classes have been great for regaining confidence and control over my body. I have always wanted to learn pole dancing and at 60 I thought it might be difficult, but the instructors are so supportive and classes are so much fun!! It is such a great atmosphere!!
