Great studio. Qualified and friendly teachers who each bring a different flair to classes. They offer a wide range of classes as well to take advantage of.

I've been attending classes regularly since March 2017. Am in much better shape and way, way more flexible. Plus learned how to do Handstands! Super fun and welcoming group, superb private lessons, the owner is better than virtually every PT therapist at understanding your issues and giving you exercises to resolve issues you may be having!
