I use to take pole at Boston Pole Fitness in Allston before I had my son and moved away to the suburbs. It's been 10 years since and I'm so grateful to find another pole studio to take classes again. I just haven't been able to lose weight or flatten my gut since I got a C-section no matter what I tried. These classes have been great for regaining confidence and control over my body. I have always wanted to learn pole dancing and at 60 I thought it might be difficult, but the instructors are so supportive and classes are so much fun!! It is such a great atmosphere!!
I haven’t been back in over a year (unrelated injury) but you better believe I am going back ASAP - the classes are fun, the people are amazing, and I feel so much stronger after each class, inside and out.
