I booked my husband Allen on this flight during our 5 days on vacation in Pigeon Forge. He loved it. Said it was the highlight of our entire vacation. He can't say enough about the plane ride and how informative the pilot Marc was. He is ready to go up again. We recommend this for anyone who wants a great adventure!!!
This was a wonderful opportunity to experience aviation history in a 1927 vintage Waco 10 biplane, one of only 18 worldwide. Loved the open cockpit experience and the sense of being one with the sky. Highly recommended!
My husband and I took the 30 minute ride today. It was a great experience, much more enjoyable and interesting than either of us thought it would be. Part of the reason for that was the knowledge and skill of Marc, the pilot. He gave a nice tour and lots of facts. If you are thinking of doing this-DO IT!
The best Father's Day gift! Had a great flight with my 6 year old daughter. Marc is all about delivering the experience you want. His knowledge of old planes and his ability to explain it in layman's terms was very enjoyable. The views were beyond expectations. Definitely check out this adventure for a great day!
My sister has been diagnosed with grade 4 glioblastoma, a most aggressive brain tumor. Her request was to see the mountains again in Gatlinburg. Her wish was fulfilled by Jeff Pope a loving friend of our family. He surprised her and her husband with a scenic biplane ride scheduled through these extraordinary people, to REALLY see the mountains close up and personal. My daughter and I just had one of the best experiences of our lives flying with Marc today. The open air cockpit biplane was beyond amazing. Marc was a fun and funny tour guide, and such an expert pilot that we felt like we were in a glider and not an airplane. Absolutely wonderful and breathtakingly gorgeous! Usually things from our "bucket list to to" get checked off once we have done them, this will remain! Top priority each time we visit Gatlinburg as well as any other place we go now! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!
