UPDATE: they came, found a leak, and fixed a different defective part the same day I posted this. So kudos on a fast moving fix and a good team. I'm still scratching my head why we had to have two fixes in two months after installing a new system, thus the 3 stars. Maybe more QC on the parts you are buying?
