I had the same shuttle driver on the way to the airport and on the way back...Alex from Buffalo, who was so friendly! The rates were great. They even gave you free bottled water when you left. I immediately posted that on Facebook will definitely park here again and again!
soo ... for whatever it's worth ... first experience with Pre Flight parking -- excellent online service, ease of use, courteous staff, and great value ... I've spent almost as much at SBUX for coffee & lunch than I did for 5 days of parking ($27 pre-paid & priority check in/out)
Hands down THE BEST airport parking experience I've ever had. Quick shuttles, super clean and cozy. FREE drinks in the lobby. Most efficient and sooooooo affordable. Especially for a quick trip, it was much less expensive than an Uber or Lyft would have been!
We always feel guilty asking our friends to drive us to the airport. Our guilt is gone! The lot is safe and clean!! Shuttles every few minutes! Amazing!!
