I have lived here since the beginning of 2020 and moved out recently. It is a great apartment complex with amenities such as a picnic area with community grills and tables as well as an outdoor swimming pool with a deep end side (9 ft deep) and a court. The location is pretty convenient, very close to SeaTac airport that you can just walk there via SeaTac Light Rail Station tunnel. The units are pretty spacious. Manager was great the property needs a lots work needs a face lift because everything is falling down from the water swimming pool is nasty still till this day full with water from summer time cockroaches everywhere I do not recommend this place to anybody they come and see by them selves I will not nenew my lease even if they give it for free that's the truth may god bless everyone
Its a wonderful place to live. The apartment is not new but I have had a wonderful experience living here since Sara took over as a manager. She is very responsible with work orders and take great care of the property. I have lived here for over three years and as long as Sara is the manager, I don't plan to move out. Although the rent is I feel well taken care of by the manager.
Property Manager was amazing, I took a job location move across the country and had issues with final payments and moving all of my stuff out after they were already kind enough to let me end my lease early. They were very understanding of my situation.
It's 2nd time braking my car...battery,tyre,...they took all things from in and out...again they left my car empty with out tyre...no camera no solution...but their rental fee is always increasing by 20%...Laundries abnormal...not washing drying properly...we need solution again we need solution...
