With the pandemic going on iv tried to ask for a refund and they refuse to do anything.. (iv paid in full... deposit and for 3 hours) i was supposed to have a baby shower in April and elda keeps telling she cant refund it and if she can she can only refund the amount of hours i paid for and not until the quarantine is over which doesn’t make any sense, she has also explained that i can have it but only with 10 people although her security and bartender and staff will pretty much be the 10 people allowed which again doesnt ma... read more

Good morning! We apologize for any delay, like we mentioned before any events that are been canceled and not reschedule will be refunded as soon as main office/ the accounting department opens up again! As for the same reason of the pandemic office is closed, as soon as city ordinances allowed to open back up the business will be issued a check, make sure address in the contract are correct, it will be mail.
