FINALLY! It's nice to have a management team that actually cares about the tenants. They're always onsite and quick to address issues. You don't have to wait for days to get a call back and they are the nicest people. Sonny the property manager is great and promised to make renovations throughout Sky East. So far they're living up to their promises.

I have lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and had some bad experiences within the building and management. I can safely say that it has been a breathe of fresh air dealing with the new property manager and staff. They have hired new doormen, new super, and porters. The property was a mess and getting repairs done was a task by its self. The new team has been great to deal with. We had an issue with our ac and leaks. New management has done an awesome job. They are very attentive to needs and are a breath of fresh air. Sonny and Jenny are a great team and the renovations look great.

I reside at sky East for 1yr and half, its a beautiful building on the outside great comon space, for a few months I did not have the best experience, the staff didn't cater to their tenants needs, I wasn't the only one that had a bad experience. The past few months I must say I see a dramatic change for the better, New managent has step up and doing alot work, alot Renovations is taking place throughout the hallways and the appartments. I moved in 2 months ago and management has dealt with any issues I have had. Some of the doorman are good.
