Very unhappy with this dental office. It's so hard for them to make appointments and keep appointments. I had to wait 2 weeks to get in to fix two cavities. Got at the office and the dentist Dr. Oltean wanted to cancel me again. So ridiculous! When I finally went back after 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Oltean and the dental assistant did not say hello to me or anything. She said "let's get this done". Very rude and unprofessional behavior. I don't recommend this dental facility to anyone!

My appointment got canceled because the dentist had a family emergency. I understand that people have emergencies. When I rescheduled and went in 10 days later. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I asked the receptionist if I was going to be seen. She came back and asked me if I could come back another day!? Seriously!! Unbelievable, I said NO I already waited along time to get this appointment and now I am here I want to be seen for the two cavities that needed to be fixed.
