I called to inquire about a bid. I was told to ask for a specific person. The guy that answered the phone did so with a normal hello rather than identifying the business. I asked for “owner” and I was told wrong number. I asked if this was Sky Construction which he said yes then hung up on me. Then didn’t answer when I called back.
