The Sky Club is definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Toronto. It’s spread across a few floors, so there’s a huge amount of space and a great selection of equipment. They also have a spa, pool, and sauna, which is a really nice bonus. The prices are very reasonable, the location is great, and the staff are always friendly and professional. Lack of equipments, never any upgrade towards equipments, overprice for the service and facilities provided, I cancelled my membership and returned fob asked for a quick workout and was refused by the Indian front desk, literally uses the gym once a month and a quick workout for the last day of membership was rejected. Staff here do not get around, to anyone that wants to sign up for a gym downtown, THIS IS NOT THE GYM ANYONE SHOULD SIGN UP FOR, equinox or anytime is 10X better
The front desk staff at this gym showed obvious racial bias toward Asian residents. Their dismissive and unhelpful attitude made the whole experience incredibly frustrating. Paying $4,700 a month to live at 488, residents should not have to deal with this kind of unacceptable service from the gym staff. It’s no surprise that only a handful of residents end up using your gym.
I have had the pleasure of using this gym for almost a year now, and I’m so impressed. The staff are wonderful but more importantly the gym is exceptionally clean. I do not believe I have ever gone in the gym and seen it be dirty, whether it be the change rooms, the work out area or even hall ways. Fully Equipped gym that has everything you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle through Fitness and spa.
Shit machines - half of them are not adjustable for different heights. Had to cut my workout short because my body could not fit in most of the equipment. For a gym this expensive, you would think they would have machines that their customers could use
