I recently toured this gym and I was truly impressed!! First off, to address some of the rants in previous posts: 1. No, this is not a condo gym. This is a private gym, but residents of the condo do get complimentary access. 2. Yes, this is an expensive gym, but it is competitive for the luxury fitness market, which is probably not best suited to students. I recently looked into joining this gym, but at $150+ for a single month, the pricing is extremely high compared to other gyms I’ve been to in both the US and Europe. For the price they’re charging, I expected more in terms of affordability or special rates, especially since they don’t even offer a discounted student fee. The facility may be decent, but the price point is simply not justifiable. If they were to lower their rates or introduce more competitive pricing, I would definitely consider becoming a member. I would not recommend staying in this building simply because the pool is managed by a third party, as is the gym. I am spending a lot of money on luxuries to enjoy with my parents and children. But every time we use the pool, they come and bother us with roles, which I comply with, but they threaten to deactivate our access even though we did everything they asked for!!!
