Fred Tenney I"m giving them the benefit of the doubt. I had left Provident Dental because they damaged a crown, and stated,"you signed a waiver".My first experience with Canyon was when I denied a deep pocket cleaning the manager ,stated " we're done here". Thinking maybe I should have left then. Then I found out that it was part it is affiliated with Provident dental. the jury is still out. will update later, good or bad.
