I left my other vet because of a laissez-faire attitude, especially at the front desk. When I called to tell them my chihuahua was having seizures after I administered the medicine THEY prescribed, the desk person said, " well, you probably should quit giving it to her"! Seriously? That was my last visit. I went to Sky Canyon with trepidation and cannot praise them highly enough! Front staff are kind, friendly and caring and Dr. Greer even called me at home to see how my little one was doing! Unbelievable! They're hands down... read more
Good experience. Staff was friendly. Would be nice if the military discount offered applied to both active and retired.
Amazing! I called in the morning yesterday, they got us right in. Bobbie at the front desk was super busy but still managed to greet me and my dog. The vet tech was awesome and very gentle with my dog (she was of course frightened). We saw the Doctor right away, she introduced herself and took the time to go over everything with me. Above all the entire visit was made simple and easy and done by nice people which u could tell love their job. I will definitely be calling them for anything I need for my pets! Got my vaccines FAST and my big guy with an injury got consulted, treatment, & meds so quick. Happy to say he's all healed up!
