I am giving low stars only for the lady who is there on MWF. I was going through the reviews nearly everyone talks abt her unprofessionalism. Dont know what the owner thinks about this. This time she nearly cut my eyebrow, I still have the biggest bump. Pls save your business by either training her or replace her.
I showed up to have my brows threaded and tinted. I requested medium brown color - as I have red hair and fair skin. Not only was the representative extremely rude to me, but I left with black eyebrows. Will not be visiting this salon again.
