I showed up to have my brows threaded and tinted. I requested medium brown color - as I have red hair and fair skin. Not only was the representative extremely rude to me, but I left with black eyebrows. Will not be visiting this salon again.
I walked in and saw the employee working on one customer, but there was no greeting or any acknowledgment—no “I’ll be with you in a minute,” nothing. She didn’t even look up! I stood waiting for three minutes, then sat down for another five, and still nothing. It was incredibly unprofessional. The whole situation felt so awkward and uncomfortable that I ended up just walking out and leaving. I have come to both this location and San Marcos .. I stopped by today and was very happy with the shaping of my brows.. the staff is friendly and the prices are great ..
