As the owner of a tour operator, I can say that Skybird is a great solution for group flights, direct purchase air and more. Remember: you are still the travel pro - you cannot expect SkyBird to provide the client-facing services, but as a back-end solution for bookings, I would highly recommend.
I have been dealing with a whole bunch of consolidators from 1994, big guns like Transam Skylink, Mondee, Mill Run and a few but there is no one that can match Skybird... Its not that I am trying to Praise you guys but you have to give credit where credit is due. Now that I am bridged with them I can make bookings check fares net or published fares and commission and when its time to get the ticket issued all I need to do it send an e mail and in 5 to 7 min the ticket is issued.... Easy to contact initially, but had issues during overseas travel and then could not get a hold of anyone. Had to figure out and resolve everything.
