I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd and Sky Bird Travel & Tour, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. In March 2020, I booked a flight through Yo Yatra Pvt Ltd, an Indian travel agency, which used Sky Bird Travel & Tour as their intermediary in Houston, Texas. The flight was scheduled for April, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was canceled. According to United Airlines' policy, I was entitled to a full refund. I love doing business with my consolidator.! For two years now I had no bad experience with them. Anicia, Tin-Tin, Maffy ,Ethel , Evelyn and Jhoanna are the people that I am usually in contact.
