I come here for my haircuts and blowouts because Joann is the only one I trust with my hair. I get a very simple haircut that she does perfectly every time. My hair started growing a lot faster and healthier with regular visits now. I also love that she asks me how I want my hair styled after the blowout and if I'm going anywhere special so she can secure the style a little more. TBH, for the length and thickness of my hair, I do think it's more than fairly priced, much cheaper than other salons in Rego Park/FH area.

I went there to see Joan because of good reviews about her. However I was disappointed because she was busy texting, talking on her phone and duties as a front desk. She was not focused on my hair. She even rotated my hair away from the mirror so that I won’t see her texting. In the end I have to go to other hair stylist to fixed my hair. Not going back there for my hair again ever.
