Worst dealership I have ever interacted with. I don't understand why anyone would purchase a vehicle from them.
Price isn't real. They add thousands of dollars of fluff with mandatory anti-theft and coatings, not to mention they low ball the tar out of your trade in. Then they will BLOW UP your phone if you don't have a chance to answer when they call. It's ridiculous.
They have been great about respectfully reaching out to me.
Very misleading and deceptive dealership! This is exactly why they have such a poor overall score, the price they post is NOT the actual price of the vehicle. I was willing to drive close to 400 miles to buy this particular jeep. You have to finance through them AND trade something in to get the advertised price, if you don't you have to add $2,000-$3,000 more. If they are this sneaky what else do they do to people?
I had cash an they were persistent on having g me take out a high loan through them the $14,700 car went up to $20.000!!! An the milage was 1,000 higher;trunk cover was missing an widshild has a Crack! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them!
When I tried to pay cash the sales man said it would cost . $2000.00 more than the price listed on Cargrus. Then when we tried to buy it with the $2000’00 more which was $35’000.00 he would sell it for $36,000 and my 2013 cmax ford. I said just forget it and hung up.

Dealer said he didn’t want to sell me the car I wanted because he “ had more money in it than its worth” and tried to offer other cars I wasn’t interested in. Didn’t want to ship it to me.
