John the salesman was very helpful in getting us all the needed information before we drove there. We were looking for 6 months after a bad experience with another dealership that sold us a junk truck and went out of business. Honest and polite. We purchased a 2020 vehicle and got a great deal. There is not a bad vehicle on their lot. First dealership I've known to give you a 6yr bumper to bumper warranty for $20/month!! Sold and Amen
Prices for parts are outrageous when I checked online for parts. Service is not good. They want to charge diagnostic for everything (even when something is obvious) Even then they ended up replacing lots of components because they couldn't guess the right one. Service people are snide and condescending. Was much better when it was Junge.......
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Most horrific customer service experience of my life. Wish i could give zero stars. They failed to file title paperwork for my vehicle until a MONTH after my lease started. It’s now been two full months and I cannot drive my car because it’s still not registered! They have not offered to make up for the mistake in any way. I have to continue paying my lease for a car that’s not drivable due to their error. BUYERS, LEASERS, AND SELLERS BEWARE. You do not want to waste your time here
