Stopped in for the all you can eat sliders and sushi lunch with some coworkers, glad I did. Very friendly service, nice place inside and out. We were really impressed with the sliders, big and tasty. The sushi rolls were enormous and 8 pieces so be warned don't go crazy ordering ! The fish seemed high quality, the color of the meat was deep and vibrant. I've no doubt that everything was as fresh as you can get here in Charlotte.

Another top notch meal from Sky Asian Bistro! They have a new promotion, all-you-can eat/ buffet sushi and sliders with appetizers for $19/person at dinner, cheaper if you go for lunch. Everything is always delicious here. We ordered the miso soup and bang bang shrimp appetizers, Sweet Carolina slider and samurai shuffle slider-\-\ both amazing, but both the husband and I agreed the samuri shuffle was better.
