Every time we've celebrated anything at SKY, they make it so memorable and personal, and this dinner was no exception! I wrote in the reservation notes that my best friend and I were celebrating 10 years of friendship, and someone from their staff texted me to ask for my friend's name and what we like to do together. We recently visited Chicago and our friends that live there recommended we go to S.K.Y. for dinner. Im so glad they did. We loved everything about this restaurant. We tried several dishes and everything was delicious. A must have if you go is the brioche bread pudding for dessert. Out of this world. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. A special shout out to Kassem and Oliver for making the evening fun and memorable. I can’t wait to visit again on my next trip
I hate to update my review...but I have to. It used to be in my top five restaurants in Chicago, but since moving to Lincoln Park, it's lost the original vision and feels like an overhyped scam. After visiting S.K.Y. several times in the original location, I need to update my review after visiting the new location in Lincoln Park a few times. It's not worth it. Don't go. First 5 ⭐ review of 2026. Amazing dining experience. Negroni cocktail. My colleague had an old fashion which actually had duck fat in it! Had several appetizers: croquettes, lobster dumplings, crab cake, all of them amazing. Main course braised beef. Side of patatoes. Dessert: frosted pumpkin pie, banana something and the best dessert ever : bread pudding. Unbelievably tasty.
