Zero stars. Mason was my mechanic for over 2 seasons but his customer service skills are to be desired. He repaired my boat last summer but the same problem returned a week later. Mason shrink wrapped my boat without making needed repairs last season and it still has to be cleaned. I started calling Mason in April to ask about timing and after numerous attempts and no response, I went to his shop yesterday (5/1/25). After servicing my boat for over two seasons, Mason decided that he "didn't want to work on it anymore." We experienced problems with my boat last summer and dropped it off for repairs. Mason supposedly fixed the issue, but it lasted only about a week before the same problem returned. Toward the end of summer, we dropped the boat off in October, and while Mason was supposed to fix it, he only winterized and wrapped it.
