NSW Clinic was closed without warning. I have been asking for a refund for 3 months. Don't have anything to do with them.
Miranda store is unfortunately had to close down due to location issue as Ive been told. However, 4 months and still waiting for my advance purchase treatment refund??!! No further contact or update about this. Where is my money for treatment that I am unable to use??
I would agree with the above. I felt that the team at Miranda was not trained or supported efficiently. I had some interesting encounters that left me feeling concerned about the treatment that had been completed on my body. I have tried to follow up on the status of the clinic with the management team to no avail. In addition i have had no results from any of the treatments and I had purchased multiple. The clinic manager was sweet but this bad review is for Skulpt Management! Their customer service has to be the worst I’ve encountered and that’s saying something! The Lipocell treatment which even with 70% isn’t cheap but to compensate for the price reduction they only spend a 3rd of the recommended time doing the procedure so not worth wasting your money!
