We LOVE the SCB!! It has the best food and the very best service on Hilton Head. The folks at the Buoy 13 outdoor bar are top notch, especially, Amanda, Megan, Ashley, Noelle and Jimmy! It's no wonder that they have received so many awards. We make a point to come here every chance we get. I'd give you guys 10 stars if i could�

We appreciate your feedback Jim. All SERG Restaurants accept reservations, except us. The reason for that is half of our seating is outside. During the summer we experience (almost daily) rain storms. We couldn't guarantee a guest a seat outdoors, and then have it rain could we? Since these storms can spring up, we have to react quickly with our guests dining outside so that they don't get wet. We do this by moving them inside. We had a wonderful meal there! Great atmosphere and our waitress was excellent! Sorry I cannot remember her name, but if it helps she has short dark hair, longer one one side. Very attentive and made our meal perfect!!!

Excellent meal ... bay scallops, large shrimp, flounder ... perfectly prepared as requested, with just lemon butter. Service was superb. Wish it were closer to home, I would be a regular. But, 500 miles is a bit of a distance to travel for dinner! LOL

4th of July. Was told it would be hour 40 min at the most. Waited 2 hours to be seated (only after fireworks started) in the outside bar area at 9:45. Couldn't even see fireworks. Then the server informed us we had 12 mins to order (they close at 10). The food was pretty good. Had jambalaya and seafood quesadilla. Myah�

For one the outside bar area is first come, first serve, so there's no reason that you should have had to wait at all? Also we served dinner until 11:00 that evening, not 10.
