We were enrolled in a weight loss program, but unfortunately, the medication we were given had no effect — it was essentially a placebo, with no impact on appetite or weight. When I raised my concerns with the team, they told me I needed to stay on the trial and increase the dose to see results. And they said we will take care of you just give us time to consult with the Dr or the someone above the nurse who works there !!!! And they never return to me , that was so unprofessional!!!!!! I had a great experience at SKT Med Spa! Sydney did a fantastic job with my facial!! She was professional and made the whole process so relaxing. Sadie was incredibly kind and explained how the treatment would improve my skin, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!!! Highly recommend!!!
They promised and they actually DELIVER. The esthetician are knowledgable and actually stop to listen to your request. No rush, just patience. They even alotted additional time for my appointments to listen to my concern.
