SKS Insurance Agency Inc. insurance really came to my rescue. I had serious issues with my drivers license, accidents and they still managed to give me great coverage at a reasonable price. They even let me pay the initial part of my premium in installments.

Poor poor poor customer service. They were only my broker for a few months. Had countless problems with my insurance. Slow to reply to emails and when you cancel or switch your insurance they forget to tell you about the fee's you will pay. Never in my life have I had fees to cancel insurance. Then on top of it. Get a letter saying they are sending to collections although I provided my accurate address on multiple occasions and they still got it wrong. Save yourself the headache don't use SKS.

I recently decided to update my condo insurance and was referred to SKS Insurance Agency. I was greeted like I had been there a hundred times. Sumer was the agent who helped me on my new policy. I couldn't be happier. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns in an intelligent manner without any pressure. Sumer showed me on my old policy there were things I didn't need and some that i did need. I ended up getting more coverage for less money and was able to talk to someone who actually knew the insurance business.... read more
