Tried to fix my neighbors scooter but half way through diagnostics and part cost Skrrrt determined it was not worth fixing it but rather buy a new scooter. After reading reviews today that seems to happen more often than not, which means these manufacturers are not making them durable enough. Anyways, it did take about 1-2 weeks for them to comment 1/wk, but they do mention they are extremely busy and working diligently to solve. Total disaster. Brought in my Segway scooter with specific details on the battery not charging, overheating as well. They charged the battery and did no repairs for $230. I returned the scooter and had a new battery I bought for it. They kept my scooter for 2 months, never gave credit for labor the 1st non- repair. Then said they found the controller was bad and charged a 3rd time for more pairs. Misleading estimate vs actual cost to fix it. They also kept my unicycle cover and ghosted me when I tried to pick it up. I am now having to repair my unicycle myself. When I opened up the control board to replace their is no control board, skrrrt kept my old one. Now they have my control board and my cover and $200 for a pretty easy diagnostics test.
Was okay with the high cost until their work did not hold up. No response to attempts to reach out to them.
