Very dissatisfied with the service and the total cost just to replace a brake lever. For what I paid, I could have bought another electric scooter. To make things worse, I discovered the brake lever they installed was used, with deep scratches underneath. The service also took far too long. Since they have no competitors, they seem to feel free to jack up their prices. I will never use them again and would rather buy a new scooter than deal with this shop.
I was having a panic attack about my e-scooter. I was googling, reading the manual, going on reddit; trying like crazy to see how to fix my scooter. Less than 5 minutes on the phone and he diagnosed my problem, got me on the road again. The guy I talked to was incredibly nice, knew what he was talking about, wasn't condescending like a lot of guys are when talking to a girl about scooters (or bikes or cars or anything they feel superior about). I wouldn't recommend coming over here to get your scooter fix. This company made me wait almost a month to only fix the back tire for my scooter. They added extra to preform diagnostic and further improvements which I never ask for which set my bills so high up. When it was time for me to get my scooter at the drop off/pick up location. The employee at the car shop told me my scooter wasn't shown. We waited for 3 hours for the courier to arrive at Edina because my scooter was sent to the wrong shop. Just purchased an electric scooter for my daughter and called Skrrrt Scooter Repair just to inquire their future availability should I need it They didn't answer immediately (prod due tto being busy), but called back within 3 minutes to offer advice and thoughts of my new purchase. AMAZING !! WHO provides that kind of service these days ?!! They didn't know me at ALL, but stil called my number. WOW.
Great place to get your scooters fixed. Got it done quick and efficiently. Dropped it off on a Friday. Picked it up four days later. reasonable prices
