Got a new iENYRID ES60. It’s a 40mph stand-up beast, so safety was my top priority. The scooter took an impact during shipping, and returning/repackaging it was going to be a hassle and cost some money. Instead, I opted to have iENYRID send the replacement parts for free and have SKRRRT do the repairs, along with a proper setup for the scooter: threadlocker, tire sealant, hardware check, brake check, etc. Yes, communication became frustrating briefly, and I had to reach out whenever I was hoping for an update on my scooter. ... read more
I called Mac's phone number given to me from Google's info. When I talk to him he was pleasant, helpful and gave me a lot of valuable information, which solved The problem I was having with my scooter. I sent him a picture of my out-of-date scooter, and he's still came up with an answer. I think Mac would make a good friend, but he also is a wonderful repair person. Thanks again Mac!!
