Brandon was very thorough and did a great job explaining how my system was working and what things I needed to be aware of for future needs. There was never any pressure to "do" anything..however, my aging system (26 yrs) gave out..just 1 week after my seasonal check up..of course during the hottest days of the summer so far!! Everyone at Skradski's has been extremely helpful..and I am getting a new system in tomorrow! I feel fortunate to have had them as my HVAC contractor...every department has been excellent!!
I filled out their web form, and while some companies seem to never check those, someone from Skradski called me first thing the next morning. The person on the phone was very friendly and understanding and scheduled a tech to come look at my failing AC the same day. The tech was friendly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what was going wrong. Diagnosis was $96 and replacing a failed capacitor was $263. Did a great job!
We couldn’t be happier with our technician, his knowledgeable, professionalism and our overall experience. He was thorough, explained everything he saw, took pictures and found that we were told some incorrect information from another party and saved us money in the long-run! Would highly recommend them!
