The negative review above (by "Neah Lin") was a mistake. I know the person who wrote it. The name "Neah Lin" is a pseudonym he/she used to remain anonymous. The review was meant for a different contracting company with a very similar name. This person has since forgotten the username/password for the account used to write the review, and therefore it hasn't been removed.
